Works with the Director of Marketing to lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies, deploy marketing campaigns with sales teams, and build brand awareness to drive growth.Responsibilities and Duties:Executes marketing tactics to drive qualified prospects to assigned division(s)Collaborate and execute on the division media plan; work with Media Specialist, and Director of Marketing (as applicable) to hit deadlines and established KPIsProcess and coordinate the execution of Division requests for marketing projects for assigned neighborhoods or Region(s)Help manage, maintain and execute each marketing project, demonstrating leadership and ownership throughout the entire lifecycle of the projectDraft and oversee drafting of creative briefs for marketing efforts to give design team directionCollaborate with internal and external marketing resources (designers, printers, vendors) for delivery of projects on a timely basisServe as a liaison and collaborative partner between all internal departments to ensure campaigns and strategies are followed consistentlyManage the creation process for all marketing materials, including site plans, floor plan brochures, neighborhood brochures and other marketing collateral as neededMaintain a divisional marketing budget by entering and tracking expenses for assigned Region(s)Consult with Divisional sales leaders, Director of Marketing and Senior Vice President of Marketing on new marketing strategies, creation of integrated marketing plans and programming; including campaigns, media plans, advertising and collateralHost weekly marketing meetings and sales calls with marketing and divisional sales leadersLeads the 100-day neighborhood opening meeting and project manages the neighborhood openingWork to ensure that proper brand guidelines, policies and procedures are current or updated as necessaryComplete new marketing projects as assigned with a positive, can-do attitudeRepresent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communicationsComplete all other duties as assigned by managerAdhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environmentAdhere to and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley MartinPosition StandardsTeam playerAttention to DetailAbility to multitask and prioritizePositive attitude and self-starterStrong Communications skillsProven ability to manage budgetsPosition Requirements:BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or businessStrong marketing experienceStrong leadership skills; team player with an independent working styleOutstanding creative judgment and familiarity developing advertising creative in all forms of mediaAn ability to think both creatively and strategicallyExcellent organizational and written/oral communication skillsThe ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure and pay close attention to detail while staying focused on the big pictureMartin Alloy and Stanley Halle created Stanley Martin in 1966 in the Maryland suburbs outside of Washington, DC Early on, we began innovating with fresh new designs and quickly expanded our portfolio of homes to include various sizes and townhomes as well.
