This position will be filled at either the Santa Monica or Tysons Corner Corporate Office.POSITION TITLE: Senior Analyst or Manager, Business Development / Specialty Leasing / Asset ManagementLOCATION: Santa Monica Corporate or Tysons Corner CorporateThis position works directly with the leadership team of Business Development / Specialty Leasing (BD/SL), supporting the sales team as a technical and tactical asset through owning the budgeting and forecasting processes; developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting; and driving business critical ad-hoc analysis as needed by BD/SL leadership.Essential Job Functions:Prepare, analyze and develop financial reports for budgeting, forecasting, trending, and variance analysis to actual results on business performanceManipulate disparate data sources to create complex business scenario models and ad-hoc analyses in ExcelSupport senior level decision-making through understanding and presenting the "why"A' Develop and monitor KPIs through various dashboards and reports to yield insights on financial and non-financial business performancePrioritize various short- and long-term initiatives to match the evolving needs of a transactional business groupPrepare weekly/monthly commentary, key company initiatives, business results, and analysis for senior managementAct as a finance and BI systems subject matter expertEstablish and maintain cross-functional relationships with groups such as IT, Accounting, and Legal, etcLead weekly meeting with IT to review and prioritize system needsIdentify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiencyAll other duties as assigned.Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year University or College required; concentration in finance, accounting, business or mathematics preferred.5+ years of financial analysis experience. Experience in sales, marketing, or media finance a plus, but not required.Ability to take ownership and deliver exceptional results with limited oversight.Experience with fast-paced, time-sensitive businesses a plus.Experience as the primary business partner for executive leadership.Advanced Excel skills required (Index/Match, VLOOKUP, Arrays, SUMIFS, etc). It is expected that you will be able to quickly build complex scenario models with easily adjusted assumptions. VBA is not required, but preferred.Keen attention to detail.Proven background in manipulating and unifying disconnected data sources.Experience working with finance systems and business intelligence tools.
