You will be a key part of our team in ensuring that our service exceeds expectations for our clients.A successful Office Assistant will be responsible for the following:Welcome all office visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer incoming calls promptly and courteously and transfer calls to appropriate department if applicableManage organization and professional appearance of reception area and conference roomsAdministrative support to the office team to achieve a successful outcome to the settlement processCommunicates regularly with team and outside partners and vendors to ensure needs of the client are metParticipates in ongoing training to develop further knowledge of the industry and professional growthPerforms all job tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient mannerAdheres to all privacy, policy guidelinesPerforms other duties as assignedYou must be able to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with new and existing clients and your team.
