POSITION OVERVIEWDormakaba is seeking an Installation Manager to join our Field Services team in Baltimore! This position is responsible for managing all aspects of a new installation or site modernization project after a contract is signed. This position is responsible for delivering all assigned installation projects on time and within the contract budget.PRIMARY DUTIESManaging multiple (both large and small) installation projects while coordinating work through appropriate vendors, sub-contractors and branch staff.Ensuring smooth transition of project from the sales team to the fulfillment team. Establishing project plans by determining time frame, funding and staffing, and approving project schedules.Establishing and achieving financial objectives by preparing a project budget, scheduling and approving expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.Negotiating contracts with sub-contractors, ensuring ability, licenses, insurance, and quality standards are met.Attending (physically or virtually) pre-construction and post-construction jobsite meetings.Ensuring that safety procedures are followed at all times. Maintaining a project status board in order to forecast labor requirements.
