Sales Development Representative Location: Dulles, VA Summary: Stillwater Human Capital is currently expanding in the rapidly growing Recruiting and Federal government consultancy areas. We looking to grow our Business Development Department and so, we are searching for an Inside Sales Specialist, who would like to come join our team. The Sales Development Representative must be goal-oriented and be knowledgeable of services to give the client second to none service. We will support you with expert training, innovative tools, an amazing culture, and a team of wonderful people that will support you on your road to success! What Youll Get to Do: Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understand customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Perform general administrative responsibilities, ie, schedule and prep meetings, run and distribute reports, tracks and schedules interviews, complete reference checks, process expense reports, and interact with corporate departments. Promote Stillwater services to clients by determining and implementing appropriate marketing techniques for industry and region, Qualify and prioritize potential new opportunities. Utilize B2B software to identify and generate opportunity leads Assist with coordination of events for the team, client, and consultants. Screen incoming issues and assist with prioritization. Work towards sales goals within target areas. Youll Bring These Qualifications: 1+ years experience in Business-to-Business Sales and/or other related positions Proficient personal computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ie, Zoho or HubSpot Exhibit professional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrate ability to self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and demonstrate strong organizational and flexible time management skills. Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers. Builds and sustains collaborative relationships at multiple levels in the organization. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
