Banking FraudOFACMS OfficeOverview of the Banking Fraud Customer Service RepresentativeWill respond to inbound calls all day from internal Member Service Representatives inquiring about fraud cases on behalf of the customers. 80% of the day will be responding to the internal calls and 20% will be assisting with working fraud cases.Will be required to pass a pre-employment credit check, having nothing in collections, however, medical collections are not an issueBackground check required as well.Details of the Banking Fraud Customer Service RepresentativeService internal calls to provide updates on fraud casesWill assist in fraud research within the member accounts of the companyReviewing accounts doing research on accounts daily as necessaryMake adjustments on accounts as neededMay assist with mail sorting & scanning of mail and routing to appropriate departmentsLocation of the Banking Fraud Customer Service RepresentativeThe job does require people to work on-site in Alexandria. The company will have candidates who are doing mailing duties be flexible with locations. The office will have appropriate social distancing guidelines and have no more than 1 to 2 people in the same area any day.Pay/Hours/Job Length of the Banking Fraud Customer Service Representative$16-18/hr. based on exp.Shift 1: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmShift 2: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm6 months minimum, possibly longerExperience and desired skills for the Banking Fraud Customer Service RepresentativeMS Office.
