The Community Relations/Director of Sales is responsible for all sales and census development for their community. We are a company dedicated to quality and built on a strong foundation of family, community, long-term commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit.ResponsibilitiesThis position provides a high level of customer service to residents, team members and professionals. This is accomplished through promoting Retirement Unlimited promise to Provide the Lifestyle our residents have earned and deserved. This position is responsible for planning and directing marketing functions to maintain budgeted occupancy for the community.Qualifications: Bachelor's degreeMinimum 3 years' experience in Sales with an understanding of MarketingPrior sales experience in the senior living industry is strongly preferred.Senior living experience a plus.Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner, foster relationships and superior organizational skills.Positive, focused attitudeWhat do we offer?A' .
