Take a sneak peek here Who is Exterior Medics?What you'll doSupport the Head of Culture and Organizational Development with various administrative functions and projects.Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave.Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.Assist in coordinating the successful execution of the recruiting process.Manage and organize applicant tracking through various systems.Assist in completing our onboarding process, including understanding our protocols, checking the accuracy of employee documents, and welcoming new team members.Assist and maintain benefit administration to ensure accurate data transmission between the HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.Ensure the off-boarding process is well managed with professionalism.Maintains knowledge of HR-related trends.What you'll needHR Experience- Understanding human resources principles, practices, and procedures. Minimum of 2+ years in an HR role. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or Human Resources preferred.To be Organized- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on accuracy and results.To be Bilingual- In Spanish and English. Effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking employees.To be Computer Literate-Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft office suite programs.
