Description Real Estate investment firm in northern VA is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team. The Investment Analyst will report to the COO / co-founder and have tremendous exposure to all the executives on a daily basis and play a critical role in all aspects of real estate acquisitions including underwriting, due diligence and capital market activities. They have a healthy pipeline and are extremely active investors. This is an incredible opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the acquisition process while working in a smaller bimble organization where you will work closely with all leadership/executives.
