This position provides comprehensive Human Resource support to a business unit that may include employee relations, performance management, orientations, and training. We are currently hiring a Remote Senior HR Business Partner.Our Sr HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing solutions and advocacy to employees, managers, and senior leaders. We are looking for a passionate HR leader to execute and deliver key HR programs, practices and policies to the business, managers, and employees! HRBPs also provide strategic consultation and coaching to our leaders on organizational issues that contribute to growth of the business and the team. We need a leader who will serve as a key resource for employees through sensing, listening, providing mentorship and directing inquiries to the appropriate HR channels.
