Essential Duties/Responsibilities*:Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipmentOversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures Accounts for all materials and supplies in the facility; audits goods received into warehousePrepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipmentResponsible for the supervision of warehouse staff, ensuring employees are meeting expected operational excellence standards - including 100% customer satisfaction. Ensure that all employees comply with safety standards and team members are always safety conscious Ensures that employees attend all required training Continually searches for ways to improve results and effectiveness.Provides regular performance updates and recommendation to senior managementProvides ongoing supervision, training, coaching and feedback to improve performance and meet objectives of all assigned areas to ensure optimal performance.Provides leadership to designated teams through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication based on direction from senior management.Addresses issues of concern related to performance providing constructive and ongoing feedback and consequences if performance remains below standards.Follows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safetyOther duties as assigned* Duties may vary by location.Minimum Requirements: 3-5+ years' experience in warehousemanagement 3-5+ years' experience leading successful, productive teamsHigh school diploma or GEDIntermediate computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Ability to manage projects and resourcesMust be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsValid driver's license requiredAbility to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required.Preferred Qualifications: HVAC or Home Services experience Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldAdditional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must be organized and able to coordinate a large volume of requestsProactive mindset Must be able to work independentlyMechanical aptitudeStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and ability to demonstrate consistent and effective leadership behaviorsCapable of making good judgments/decisions.Willingness to learn and be a part of a teamPositive attitude and a team playerAbility to build positive relationships with customers, both internal and external Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
