The Banking & Financial Services Practice Group at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has an exciting opportunity for an associate attorney with a minimum of three years' experience working on regulatory matters to join our market-leading team. The ideal candidate will have experience with bank and consumer financial regulations, including those relating to payments and credit products at the state and federal levels and unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices laws. Outstanding communication skills, oral and written, are required, as is an unrelenting commitment to client service. Experience with emerging platforms/FinTech) is a plus. Prior law firm experience is not required. To be considered, you must be a member of a local bar in good standing. We are accepting submissions from third-party recruiters.
