Our Baristas provide quality and consistency in our shop. Our Barista is responsible for effective and efficient operation of our espresso machine and coffee service. Routinely provide food preparation and member & community (non-member) assistance services throughout the hospitality department. Most importantly our Baristas provide premium products and service to our members and our community so they return.Your duties will include:Greets and welcomes members and community in a friendly mannerPrepares and serves drinks and pastries according to member and community specificationsServe prepared orders in a speedy and timely fashionProvide menu information and suggestions to member and community (non-members) including wine and food suggestions and explanations of ingredients and preparation methodsAssist in improving processes to improve efficiencies in serviceIncrease member and community (non-member) retention and loyalty by providing excellent member and community (non-member) serviceID our members and community (non-member) wanting an alcoholic beverage,Clears, cleans, and sanitizes tablesPromote and service pre-made cocktails for members and community (non-members)Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes work stationsTaking payments from members and community (non-members) and balancing cash draw receipts to record sales at the end of the shiftRequirementsWe will need you to be someone who:Loves peopleCommunicates effectivelyHas 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or food industryCompleted mixology, barkeeping, or other related training requiredHas the ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 poundsLoves coffeeLoves craft cocktailsHave at least one year of bartending experience, preferredBenefitsWe value embodied service, premium quality brands, and providing an unrivaled experience.SDL2017
