This gives us the strength to invest more than any other company in our mission - Making Bowling Amazing.If you like to: Inspect output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining the functionalityWork within a TEAM environmentCheck that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complies with legal requirementsSafely operate industrial vehicles (forklift) in the warehouse - training will be providedCompare blueprints to ensure accuracy -training will be providedUtilize calipers to ensure hole depth is accuratePropose improvements to the production processMonitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safeKeep measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairsAnd have: Product testing - need a solid understanding of product testing, along with a firm grasp of best practices for testing product construction and durability against specificationsAssessment and analysis - this role requires significant attention to detail, particularly in terms of assessing a product's quality and analyzing recurring manufacturing errors or defectsManufacturing processes - have some familiarity with manufacturing processes to contribute to error reduction and process enhancementsProblem-solving skills - adept problem-solvers, skilled at proposing and implementing solutions to manufacturing defects and recurring quality control issuesCommunication skills - effective communication is also vital in this role, allowing quality control specialists to inform plant managers and personnel about defects and manufacturing delaysJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Work Location: One location
