DefinedTalent _ is proud to represent a client that provides accessible technology and services to businesses in various industries._As an experienced* Project Manager, you will *support the planning and execution of technical consulting projects, including project setup, resourcing, and timelines.The primary focus of the Project Manager will be overseeing the day-to-day project scheduling and delivery, project task management and control, organizing and leading regular meetings with project stakeholders, providing weekly/monthly status reports on ongoing tasks and milestones to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders, supervise the project team and monitor all project activities to ensure the timely project completion and high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational management of assigned projects, including contract, budget, and subcontractor managementConduct regular status meetings with customers and team to assess progress against plan; performs re-forecasts of project variables as necessary throughout the project.Conduct post project analysis to ensure project goals were met, evaluate cost variances and metrics.Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and reports, and manages all documentation pertaining to assigned projectsManage the Statement of Work with the customer, ensuring Change Requests are developed as appropriate, and managing the overall scope of the project.Ensure the projects adhere to the implementation methodology, requirements, budget, and scopeDevelop and maintain operating budgets for each projectIdentify and manage project related risksIdentify major milestones and delivery dates, manage scope, track progress to detailed schedules and coordinate resources.Act as focal point for customer communications and escalationsPartner with the Services team on resource allocation and timely project deliveryCollaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to provide a unified customer experienceManage and track resource and project schedules within the PSA toolMaintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assignedQualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University4+ years of experience in project management of enterprise software implementationsSalesforce experience a must!Excellent analysis, planning, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to drive issues to resolutionExcellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.Experience achieving challenging objectives while maintaining high standards in a demanding environment.Experience running project status meetings and developing status reportsExperience managing to project budgets and to scopeAbility to handle large volume of projectsExperience with MS Suite (Project, Excel, Outlook, Word), SalesforceKnowledge of HTML and assistive technologies a plusPMP Certification preferredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, ethnicity, religion, national origin, protected veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or physical ability. *Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
