NaturaLawn of America-the leader in organic-based lawn care-is seeking a Social Media Coordinator who isn't afraid make a brand shine in the social world, while creating action-enticing posts, driving sales, and maintaining customer relationships.In this full-time, 8am-5pm position located in the heart of lively Downtown Frederick, you'll report to the Corporate Marketing Manager on a team who's eager to help our franchise and retail systems grow. This position supports not just NaturaLawn of America (a service franchise), but it's family of brands that includes Natural Alternative (retail products), Mosquito Ranger (service), and Tick Ranger (service).This position is an exciting opportunity to plan and manage digital platforms for the company and its multiple brands. Tasks will include creating and posting original content and ads to social media channels, responding to customers online, managing email campaigns, assisting with video and photography needs for the digital realm, and leveraging press. It will require the application of SEO and digital advertising knowledge.Core Responsibilities: Manage the brands and their communities on multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant outlets. Implement A/B testing on digital platforms and report findings. Help generate inbound traffic to websites and social media outlets through SEO and paid advertising. Research and identify key online influencers and associated communities. Monitor social media presence by listening, engaging with audience and responding to users in a timely, authentic and consistent voice that reflects the brands. Work with vendors on PPC and SEO strategies and needs. Basic ad building, photo resizing/editing Work directly with franchise owners to assist them with their individual online efforts. Manage public relations and leverage press received. Help develop and adhere to an editorial calendar to ensure content for the websites and social media platforms is being released on time. Provide findings and insights to improve campaigns. Suggest future content/ideas based on metrics through weekly and monthly reports to management. Stay current with industry, consumer and social media trends. Ensure brand standards are unified across all mediums.Required Experience/Skills: 3-4 years social media and digital marketing experience Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn posting strategy Experience with setting up and managing advertising campaigns on social channels and tracking results with Google Analytics and/or other toolsAdobe Creative Cloud expertise (in a PC environment) Strong understanding of SEO and SEM Knowledge of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite Strong copywriting, grammar and editing skills Outgoing personality and creative with a drive to learnAbility to manage time and meet multiple hard deadlinesPreferred skills: Amazon advertising experience Video and/or audio editing Working knowledge of project management software such as Asana Landing page optimizationThe Digital Marketing Specialist position is held at our corporate office in Frederick, MD, which supports our 90+ franchises across the nation.
