The position manages the customer service functions, as well as Ashland division facilities activites.Duties/Responsibilities Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure customer order requirements are understood, processed, and communicated accurately and in a timely manner.Work across various PFG functions to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction by being the voice of the customer.Build strong relationship with the customer base.Provide direction, training, performance management, and career development to direct reports.Develop and report metrics to accurately measure and convey the organization's customer service performance.Continuously challenge current processes to drive improvement in the quality and efficiency (speed, accuracy, cost) of the service provided to our customers.Serve as point person for implementation of a diverse variety of facilities projects and routine maintenance at the site.Oversee the site's Facilities Technician and contracted janitorial and site services providers, and serves as point of contact for landlord/property management.Maintains facility access and security.Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency of facilities management (time, cost, transparency).Skills/Requirements Needed Minimum 10 years' customer service leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site manufactured product environment where some direct reports work remotely.Ability to interpret technical requirements of customer orders.Superb skills in people management, communication, team building, and conflict resolution.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.High level of emotional intelligence, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction.Candidate should display a high level of enthusiasm, motivation, ambition and have a real passion for their work.We offer a comprehensive benefits package with a 401k match.
