FirstPro is now accepting resumes for a Desktop Support Analyst position in Boston, MA. This role will focus on providing senior level IT support to internal users. This is a permanent, direct hire job that can offer benefits and long term career growth.Responsibilities:Personal experience deploying laptop images using KACE Imaging, profile data migration and custom application installation.KACE 1000 and 2000 Appliance administration and day-to-day management including distributing OS and application drivers and updates.Scripting using Windows batch files, PowerShell and Script Logic.End user support with Windows 10, O365, iOS/Android.Responding to end user work orders.Providing timely, efficient and pleasant follow up to end user questions/issues.Using Active Directory to manage domain accounts including creation, modification and removal.Support collaboration hardware and software including, but not limited to, Zoom Video Conferencing and Jabber.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Computer Operations, PC Desktop and Help Desk support.Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science; A+ and MCP Certification preferred.Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with: Windows 10, O365, Cisco VPN, Zoom or Teams, Active Directory.Rotating on-call coverage support required.Occasional travel, as needed (including international locations).COVID Vaccine Required*
