Overview: Our Central Station Operators monitor incoming alarms, confirm emergencies with customers, and dispatch emergency services when necessary. They also take incoming calls and they treat each customer with respect and integrity. If you have the passion for service excellence, we would like to have you join our Five Diamond Team of Professionals.We are hiring a full-time operator for our first shift (schedule will be 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm) to work in our Hagerstown, MD location. Days scheduled will completely depend on business needs and having the proper mix of skill each day, but it will also be predictable and will include two days off in a row each week. We are a 24/7 facility.Our base pay is $15.00/hour, and you can earn monthly performance bonuses of up to $200 plus PTO bonuses for quality.
