This position will run campaigns for our Daxko Digital Marketing Agency customers, focusing on our small to medium size clients. Additionally, this position will work alongside Account Managers, to effectively communicate with clients.The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Specialist Team Lead.Responsibilities Create and launch digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and GoogleMonitor and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to drive conversions and hit business level goals and stay within budgetMeasure and analyze digital content effectiveness through tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other platform analytics Connect marketing platform analytics to business operations software to report on overall ROI for digital marketing campaignsEmploy a testing mindset with the ability to plan, set up, and analyze split testing campaignsUtilize a combination of best practices and creative problem solving to continually test and improve customer's website and digital marketing performanceConsistently and effectively communicate with Account Managers to keep customers informed of their website and digital marketing performance metrics, making actionable suggestions based on campaign performance QualificationsKnowledge of digital marketing concepts (eg, content marketing and growth, SEO, email, PPC, social media)Experience Split Testing (ads and landing pages)Direct customer interaction experienceExperience managing multiple customer accounts at one timeProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareAbility to stay up to date on current industry trends and learn new technical skillsStrong organization and planning skillsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExtreme attention to detailAbility to effectively work independently, within a team, and with customersRequired Education And ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 6-12 months experience running Facebook Campaigns.Experience with SEM tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio & Facebook Pixel)Preferred Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldDigital Marketing Agency experienceExperience with On-page SEO and Local SEO (Directory listings)WordPress experience (including landing page build-out)Experience running successful Google, and Google Grant CampaignsAdditional InformationDaxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
