You are known for your attention to detail, efficient execution, and educating current and new clients on the importance of UX as a crucial aspect of their mission. You love collaborating with storytellers from all backgrounds to communicate their mission and user needs, and you are eager to expand your skillset and grow the team. As a UX Senior Consultant in our National Security Segment, you will work in a client-facing role to produce compelling user experiences for projects big and small. You will scope and execute UX research and design user interfaces and overarching user experiences for devices, tools, and systems. You will collaborate with development teams and subject matter experts daily. Ultimately, your work will maintain and elevate high UX standards across touchpoints and channels. Any telework would be project-dependent and cannot be guaranteed. QualificationsThe following qualifications are required to be considered for this role:Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hireAn ACTIVE AND CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) PolyBachelor or master's degree in graphic design, human computer interaction, computer science or related field with an emphasis on UX research and design or equivalent qualificationAt least 8 years of experience in UX or a UX-related field such as graphic design, research, psychology, or others within an in-house or consulting setting Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, researchers, and consultantsThe following experience/education/skills are PREFERRED to be considered for this role:Familiarity with agile development methodologyExperience advocating for UX with development teams and stakeholders Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
