We have an immediate career opportunity for a full?timeFront Desk Receptionist position reporting to the Branch Manager at our Upper Marlboro, MD location. This position is responsible for projecting a positive and professional image as a representative for Police FCU in receiving visitors and guests, answering telephones, processing mail, and performing various administrative and clerical duties as assigned.Police FCU has a workforce that is committed to exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships to help the organization continue steady growth. Maintain sign?in MS?Excel l tracking spreadsheet on a daily basis.Answer telephones. Disseminate information or resolve questions, and/or route calls to appropriate individuals. Put calls on hold and coordinate follow through so caller is handled as promptly as possible and/or put into voicemail or take message at caller's request.Provide administrative and clerical support to the facility as required. This may include entering member request into tracking log, processing mail, and compiling membership packets. Utilize Credit Union procedures and computer applications that may include email, Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, database and system software.Track and process Share Certificates which includes opening, closing, tracking and mail documentation to member as requiredOrder Deluxe checks for members as requested. Process new account inquiries through Deluxe.Process change of address requests along with follow up to ATM Department with completion of documents forward to the Member file.Assist members with completing Visa Credit Card applications.Provide support of closed member accounts for quality control as directed. Accept, review wire transfers for members and work with the Accounting Department for submittal following processes and proceduresGeneral Duties and Responsibilities: The following are the general duties and responsibilities of the position:Maintain an up?to?date list of employee extension/telephone numbers.May be required to assist the Member Service Representative when staffing needs occur. This may include but is not limited to, processing request for certificates of deposit and ordering checks for members.Assist with the distribution of deliveries.
