Responsibilities & Expectations:Thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt to frequent transitions in technologies and teamsPerform in-depth analysis on HR Data, Governance, and Transformation Initiatives and drive data solutions across the HR TechPartner with product owners in the HR community to refine intent and groom Agile stories and translate business requirements into technical specificationsLearn and analyze complex, interconnected business processes/systems and assimilate information from a variety of sources into one comprehensive documented view. Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects.Manage complex troubleshooting efforts that cross multiple platforms and technical disciplinesApply problem-solving techniques to lead application design discussions and resolve technical issues while mentoring junior engineersLeverage strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR business customers, SaaS and PaaS vendor partners, and other engineers, solving complex business problemsImplement scalable, highly available, and resilient system solutions based on distributed architecture principlesLeverage deep application and platform expertise to lead the planning and deployment of Cloud solutions into production environments Design and develop automation workflows, performing unit tests and conducting reviews to make sure your work is rigorously designed, elegantly coded, and effectively tuned for platform performance, and assessing the overall quality of delivered components. Research and develop cutting edge technologies to accomplish goals across the organization, with a passion to learn and grow.Drive cross-team design and influencing/development via technical leadership/mentoring.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Military experience At least 5 years of experience in managing data systems, delivering data solutions, data analysis and research. At least 2 years of experience with cloud based hosting solutions. At least 2 years of experience working in Agile practices At least 2 years of experience building, deploying, and testing in AWS Cloud At least 2 years of experience Data Modeling, Database Development, or Database Administration.
