D. equivalentPrior experience in a healthcare environment is desirablePrior work/life experiences involving independent decision makingMust have a kind, patient and empathetic personality as well as a commitment to providing patients with the best possible careCPR certificationCompletion of AHCA's Temporary Nursing Aide online certification. This certification allows you to train and work as a nursing assistant in a nursing home environment.
