This is a full-time position that would take place in our office on North Market Street in Frederick, MD.Duties Include - Being the first point of contact for our residential and commercial clients.- Managing both email and phone correspondance.- Providing fast and accurate estimates and price lists.- Schedule and dispatch the technicians.- Periodically monitor the GPS system.- Handle warranty disputes and customer complaints.- Oversee basic day-to-day company tasks.- Manage in-house inventory.Skills Needed - Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to multi-task.- Extreme attention to detail.- Excellent time management.- Ability to work independently and show initiative to take on new tasks.- 2-3 years customer service experience a plus.- ServiceFusion experience a plus.- Dispatching & scheduling experience a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearCOVID-19 considerations:We follow all CDC guidelines in terms of masking, social distancing, and quarantining.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Project scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
