Heale Medical is a patient focused, tech enabled primary care office.A medical practice is seeking a reliable part time or full time Medical Assistant for a brand new office in Tysons Corner/Vienna, VA. This position requires someone who is upbeat, pleasant, takes initiatives in performing their responsibilities and is able to efficiently multitask. You are responsible for representing the Company and must be very comfortable with customer service.We are seeking the following requirements:- Someone who is dependable, competent, bubbly, energetic, and self motivated to learn.- Someone with excellent communications skills who is able to carry professional conversations.- Someone who can multi-task and is detail oriented.Responsibilities will include: Testing patients for COVID 19 by taking the nasal swab for the PCR test which will then be sent to the lab for processing.Answering phones, scheduling patients, filing patient paperwork, checking in and checking out patients, cleaning rooms in between patients, schedule new patient appointments, make patient appointment reminder calls, scanning patient documents and insurance card into the EMRExperience in the medical field is a plus.Please submit your resume including your references and salary requirements for immediate consideration.
