You'll provide technical direction to the team and solutions to technical business problems.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Network Architecture - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Apply your extensive knowledge of principles and advanced techniques to develop solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.Monitor performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions while identifying and developing plans to address long term trends or issues.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences 6 years of relevant professional work experienceExperience designing and implementing routing and switch with Cisco devices.Experience designing and implementing with enterprise proxy solutions (Zscaler preferred).Desired Experiences Bachelor's degree or equivalentNetDevOps and SRE experience highly desired.Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computingExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsCommunication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.Ability to transform business processes using BPA, RPA, or other technology-enabled automationExperience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectivesAdept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionSkilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational informationSkilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRSDetermining causes of operating errors and taking corrective actionRelationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Risk Assessment and Management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalExperience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS), and staying current on patches, upgrades, and other elements of the OSOperational Excellence skills including improving and overseeing operationsProduct Development skills including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictAbility to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and processProgramming skills including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languagesExperience using SharePointSkilled in using UNIXExperience using JIRAExperience using APIs for developing or programming softwareSkilled in JavaSkilled in using REST APISkilled in SQLSkilled in Python object-oriented programmingSkilled in XMLSkilled in ExcelAdditional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
