Overview:The Project Manager is responsible for full life-cycle management for projects of all sizes, including organization and management of resources and activities for bidding, planning, materials purchasing and management, installation, budget-tracking, and project close out. In addition, for certain programs / projects, the Project Manager will work as member of a larger Project Management Team.The Project Manager focus is on delivering World Class Customer Experience and Quality. They are integral to the account team and is key in building the trusted relationship with the customer. They are an extension of the sales team and carry a farming quota.The individual reports into a manager of project managers within a business unit.At Vision, each person brings their unique talents to work as a team and make a difference. Responsibilities: Execution on all assigned OTRs (Objectives, Targets, Results).Active participation in CFR discussions.Conform and adhere to all responsibilities within the Operational Guidelines throughout the phases of: Presales, Planning, Delivery, Closing, and Post-Installation.Monitor all aspects of project plans to ensure milestones, timelines, and budget targets are met.Monitor Risks and initiate necessary Proactive and Corrective ActionsManage Change Control and Procure change ordersManage Vision team and/or subcontractors/vendors to ensure timely and high-quality work.Monitor and drive the quality assurance process during all phases of the project.Continuously expand / farm existing Accounts for additional opportunities to introduce other Vision services. Look for new opportunities with new clients that enable Vision to provide A/V, security, Wireless/DAS, and/or network infrastructure services.Maintain data and system integrityo Ensure accurate system data for engagement set upo Aligning all contract documents (PO, Contract, Proposal, PnL)o Proper billing schedulePerforming weekly reviews of:o Project / Field Budget Trackerso Project Metrics systemo Invoicing dueo Pending Awardso Accounts Receivableso System dates Understands critical importance of both customer experience and customer service.Proactive and professional communication with internal and external customers.Highly organized, and effective with personal time management.Excellent verbal skills.Sound written skills.Effective working in team situations as a contributing or leading member.Versatile in performing different tasks; very resourceful.Able to receive constructive feedback and take action to adjust.Be independent, self-driven, highly customer focused and able to work under minimum supervision.Timely responses to appropriate inquiries.Demonstrate effective listening skills.Highly dependable.Desire for continuous improvement at a personal and professional level.Qualifications: College degree or AA preferred.PMI PMP Certified or equivalent preferred.Excellent fluency with project management methodologies.Excellent PC skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Knowledgeable in all aspects of delivering voice/data/fiber and wireless installation projects.Years of Experience: 5-10 yearsVision Technologies is an equal opportunity employer: disability/veteran
