Principal Extended Ops Associate - Intent Delivery Lead

What's In Your Wallet? .... YOU can deliver the answer! Card Delivery Solutions is the organization trusted to develop and send over 50MM credit cards to Capital One Card customers each year. The physical card continues to evolve as an advanced payment and security mechanism as well as a prestigious representation of our Brand. This increases the demands on the team to develop plastic cards and metal cards, integrate advanced payment and security mechanisms into the card, deliver customized welcome packages, and enable real-time in-store card issuance for our partners.

This intent delivery lead role within Card Delivery Solutions will be accountable for engaging with internal intent owners across US Card and Partnerships to design and deliver new card products and services to market. In addition to intent owners, the role involves interaction with Operations, Tech, Brand and our supplier network to manage an overall pipeline of innovation and deliver individual projects.

Role responsibilities:
  • Manage projects to efficiently and effectively scope, design and deliver new card products and collaterals to market
  • Manage client relationships to effectively influence strategy while delivering on business objectives
  • Partner with Operations teams and external suppliers to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives
  • Identify and drive process improvement efforts for the sake of innovation and controlled/efficient delivery
  • Deliver flawlessly on assigned projects

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process, Project, Relationship or Risk Management


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year experience with a TSYS System
  • At least 2 years experience in third party or extended operations management
