Position: Our client is seeking an engaging, polished and highly organized HR Onboarding Coordinator to support their McLean, VA campus. This role will be on site 2-3 days per week including working on campus every Monday in preparation for New Hire Orientations.Are you an organized customer service focused coordinator interested in providing value to the candidate experience supporting the executive recruiting team? Do you believe that every candidate deserves the " White Glove Experience? " Onboarding Coordinator will require the skills and experience of heavy schedule coordination. Coordinator will be working with Career Onboarding, Technical IT Team, and Human Resources Dept, assisting with the coordination of onboarding new hires as the "first touch" of all new employees. Sparks is seeking a mature teammate to able to prioritize and prioritize again. Due to the nature of our client's work, this role requires US Citizenship and Covid-19 vaccination.Responsibilities:Support all correspondence as the primary point of contact both internally and externally for candidate and company onboarding arrangementsSchedule virtual meetings with Technical onboarding staffSupport Talent Acquisition Department and Managers with "white glove" meeting coordination. Provide logistical accommodations to include administrative shipping of new employee hardware.Provide remote support and troubleshooting for new employee I9 verificationsSupport new employee orientation via Zoom and MS TeamsMan onboarding Chat Box during orientation meetingsMonitor new employee email box and escalate questions to appropriate department leadershipAssist with creating power point presentations for departmentGreet new employees on campus and lead the campus tourQualifications/Background Profile:Prior experience onboarding new employees within a remote setting is highly regardedWorking knowledge of MS Teams or ZoomExperience with I9 requirements for onboardingCreating presentation in MS PowerPoint (making the slides look great). Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh Attention to detail and MS Excel experienceSupport Tracking and Registration of future online eventsHighly detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, and projectsLogical reasoning when responding to tasks and providing exceptional customer service to new employeesMust understand candidate experience and helping new hires be at ease within a remote setting as a new employee Download the Sparks Group Jobs mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play.
