Our client, a premier international law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join its team. Location: Washington DC, Boston, or Providence RI Duties include: Collaborating with attorneys, clients, and staff in the filing of foreign patent applications. Coordinating on patent prosecution matters. Researching relevant IP information from official USPTO databases and other resources as required. Generating docket reports, performing IP docketing, and tracking deadlines. Regularly interacting with foreign agents. Managing clients' patent portfolios. Maintaining IP records and reviewing files. Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence. Other duties as assigned.
