Vice President Finance- Remote

Our client headquartered in the Washington DC area is a fast growing, pre-IPO international technology company that is hiring a Senior Director or VP of Finance. This position will report directly to the CFO and will oversee the entire finance function including corporate FP&A, strategic/long term planning and operational/business analysis. This person will work closely with the executive management team, business/divisional leaders and the Board in developing and executing the company's growth strategy. With 20-30% organic growth and 3-4 acquisitons per year, the company's opportunities for continued market expansion and value creation are significant. The successful candidate will be able to build and enjoy building relationships as a strategic finance leader to foster and promote a culture of accountability and operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing and most importantly building a finance team. Experience in a high technology company in creating and building improved reporting and analysis to provide key performance indicators to business leaders is a must.
