Are you an experienced payroll professional looing for a career change with a growing company? We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist on a contract basis to assist our Payroll team with US multi-state processing and tax administration. This role is 100% remote and will report to the Payroll Director. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of multi-state payroll and tax experience, the ability to meet strict time sensitive deadlines, a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.Responsibilities:Assist with US multi-state payroll and tax processing for 400+ exempt/non-exempt employees.Assist with US multi-state payroll stock activity for the W-2.Assist with US multi-state year-end payroll and W-2 reconciliation.Assist with year-end payroll related audits and requests.Requirements:7+ years of experience with US multi-state payroll and tax processing.Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other integrated payroll systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.Highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study.
