Job DescriptionLoan Servicing Professional The Loan Servicing Professional position supports Freddie Mac Loan Sales team in the preparation and delivery of physical/electronic documentation to both internal and external parties in connection with the securitization of multifamily loans. Requirements:- Mortgage/Commercial Mortgage Document Custody and Review Background, including Security Instruments, UCCs, Title Policies, etc.- Demonstrated Experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Self-sufficiency in meeting scheduled deadlines and realizing benchmarks independent of external direction- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, busy environment- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Minimum of 3-5 Years related experience
