Aerotek is currently hiring for qualified Solar Installers!!Description:Aerotek is seeking applicants to install commercial PV systems. The PV iIstaller will provide support to the installation team, communicate job status data to thelead installer, and ensure the completion of installation of all solar arrays/systems. It is the responsibility of every Installer to ensure safe work practices for the NCS installation team.Job Duties: Pulling inventory for each installation job Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment Support the installation of the electrical wiring of solar array (AC and DC) Clean up of job site Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation Conduct site visits to screen potential sites for solar access and safety issues Other job duties include equipment purchasing, hardware store runs, equipment Unloading and loading and answering client questionsSkills: General labor Hand tool Power tool Solar Solar installation Solar panel Solar PV Construction Commercial constructionAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Available to work long days and ability to lift at least 50 lbs Valid drivers license High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Experience and comfort with working on roofs Self-starter and ability to work independently as well as in a teamExperience Level:Entry LevelQualified candidates who apply to this posting directly will receive an interview within 48 hours of application.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
