Remote Recruiter (Contract)3 months- Possible temp-hire$33-36/hrLooking to bring on a Recruiter to fill new positions for a non-profit client in San Francisco. Examples of roles needing to be filled are Development Coordinators, Behavioral Health Specialist, Education Liaison, and Education Director roles. ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates using LinkedIn and Indeed.Determine applicant qualifications and compare qualifications to job requirements. Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone, virtually, or in person), and administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking.Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.Research and implement creative recruitment strategies aimed to increase candidate flow.Internally and externally post all job openings and maintain all HR websites, including but not limited to BGCSF, LinkedIn, and Indeed.REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of high-volume recruiting, sourcing, and interview backgroundExcellent computer skills in a Google Suite. General knowledge of current employment laws and practices required.Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.Skills in database management and record keeping.Ability to travel to job fairs and different site locations.PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience recruiting for nonprofit and youth development in San Francisco preferred.Experience with ATS softwareExperience conducting searches for entry level roles through C-level professionals
