Job Description:The Chief Operations Office (COO) function within Global Information Security is responsible for business operations, finance and resource management, performance management and metrics. The COO team is also responsible for development and implementation of an integrated GIS workforce strategy that delivers on future-state resource, location and training goals. As a Sector Risk and Engagement Specialist, you will oversee GIS participation in external public-private partnership efforts, develop strategic external communication and engagement plans, and maintain the governance framework for GIS's participation in in external sector efforts. You will ensure that GIS's participation in external efforts is aligned to GIS priorities, achieves stated goals, and ensures that projects are delivering to milestones on time and within resource guidelines, identifying/tracking/ addressing roadblocks. You will be responsible for building and maintain relationships within GIS and the broader BAC Enterprise. You should be comfortable meeting demands associated with managing multiple projects in a global environment. Required Skills:* Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders* Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a matrixed reporting environment* Strong analytical skills and fact-based decision-making* Proven ability to communicate complex information in simple terms (oral and written)* Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly* Influence horizontally and vertically across the organization and diverse audiences* Exhibit strong relationship management and interpersonal skills* Project management experience a plus* Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products* Prepares effective PowerPoint slides to present analysis and other informationDesired Skills:* College Degree - BA or BS* Ability to succeed in a collaborative environment* Demonstrated experience with Project Planning, specifically skills to properly scope a project, as well as set goals and objectives* Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical line of business owners and risk partners* Demonstrable experience with communicating effectively* Familiarity with cybersecurity stakeholder groups Enterprise Role Overview - Provides support to information security officers who partner directly with line of business leaders. Has a deep understanding of the business and information security in order to have specialized information security risk-based discussions. Utilizes knowledge of application development and/or application security, including the Software Delivery Life Cycle from design, testing and deployment to post production. May participate in more complex Secure by Design efforts as new technology is deployed. Ensures technology is secure when used by partners and vendors. Provides guidance and expertise to information security officers on risk elements associated with each step of the Secure by Design process to ensure adherence to information security policies.
