New Journey AI/Genesis10 is actively seeking a Controls Poject Engineer resource for a Contract to Hire position with our client.As a Controls Project Engineer you will: Manage scope of Building Management System (Client) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) for construction of AWS data centers by vendors. Manage multiple stakeholder deliverables, requirements and navigate difficult situations. Act as the owner's representative with ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration between teams. Review and provide feedback on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings. Attend project related meetings, coordinate with project leaders and regularly report status to Controls Management. Travel to local sites for supervision of Controls vendor's work. Interpret controls drawings and wiring diagrams. Interpret controls bill of material (BOM). Understand and modify controls logic programming. Understand and modify graphical user interface. Support Controls related Commissioning activities in field. Requirements: Control systems experience Building Managements systems (Client) Electrical Power Management systems - HVAC, Cooling, and main power supply Project Coordination/ worked with vendors (can articulate past project experience)We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our dynamic team.
