Server Assistant-The Buthcher's Club at PGA National Resort PGA National Resort & Spa ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Delivering food orders from the kitchen to the Guest tablesActing as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staffCommunicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (eg food allergies)Clear and clean tablesFill water glasses and soft drinksMaintaining cleanliness in the restaurantAssist with other duties as assignedMust have or be willing to get food handlers certification and alcohol compliance certification if applicable.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have the ability to communicate in English.Must be able to work a flexible shift, weekends, holidaysSelf-starting personality with an even disposition.Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.Can communicate well with guests.Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing, stooping, kneeling, and/or walking.Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:Our customers are what we are about.
