For questions contact us to 540-246-7968.**Essential duties:* Create ad-hoc financial modeling and analyses (such as cost-benefit analyses, what-if analyses)* Proactively research operations and financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement or cost savings, or other actionable findings.* Prepare financial reports for internal consumption (Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows)* Analyze and report on variances to budget* Provide forecasts of future financial performance based on recent trends and expected changes.* Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on sales volume by product and by location.* Prepare weekly and monthly operating metrics (such as overtime hours and number of productions by site)* Occasionally prepare invoices and make journal entries* Reports directly to CFO.Skills desired:* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other business-oriented program, MBA a plus.* Strong proficiency in Excel functions and formulas.* Strong data collection and analytical skills: you know how to turn data into actionable information.* Financial modeling experience: you like using Excel and similar tools to tell a story* A curious mind: you like digging into things to understand how they work, finding connections.* Comfort working independently and proactively.* Interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.* Some exposure to QuickBooks and SAP Business One is ideal.**You should know:** Your safety matters!
