Overview: HORUS Technology Solutions is looking for a Senior Help Desk Representative tojoin our team. Responsibilities: Shall possess seven years experience managing an enterprise help desk and utilizing IT Service Management tools.Shall possess a valid Drivers License for potential operation of low-speed Government furnished equipment (utility cart).DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in utilizing the ServiceNow ITSM platform is desired. At least three years of providing help desk support of networks, web applications, software, and hardware in a Windows operating system environment is also desired.
