Kforce has a client that is seeking a Global IT Service Desk Senior Manager in Arlington, VA.Key Tasks: * Global IT Service Desk Senior Manager will partner with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure leads to deliver excellence with great focus around data and device security * Manage the regional IT support staff, provide technical support in the use of personal computer hardware and software in an Office 365 environment * Lead and support development of innovative processes to enhance and expedite task assignments, workload distribution and reduce downtime * Engage with local 3rd party service providers for local needs and manage the relationships with those global vendors for performance management and financial efficiency; Also manage the vendor relationships and negotiations for optimum support * As a Global IT Service Desk Senior Manager, you will define and develop the tracking metrics for performance evaluations of the Service Desk organization * Manage the IT equipment deployment process for both Windows based pcs and Apple Macs and develop the mechanics to maintain hardware and software inventories * 10 years in information technology management support * Comprehensive understanding of network architecture, Office 365 environments, device management and identity management * Experience with Active Directory, Azure and O365 administration * Strong problem-solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills is required * Proficient in both Windows and Mac hardware to facilitate support and direction for problem solving the reported issues * Experience with setup and troubleshooting Audio/Video conferencing equipment * Strong written and verbal communication skills is required * Knowledge of specific systems like Adobe, NetSuite, Salesforce, and SharePoint is a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
