Job responsibilitieshellip This role is responsible for closing offers with bar-raising talent, and creating programmatic approaches to the attraction, screening, and selection of our talent. You will create engagement strategies to reach diverse populations and contribute to and lead the execution of recruiting strategy in partnership with your sourcing team and designated client group(s). Other focus areas include Leading meetings with clients to include internal movement discussions and consult in job scoping discussions as needed. Owning the preparation and delivery of search status reports, leading status reviews on active searches and calibration discussions. Using data to confidently identify roadblocks and solutions in the recruiting process as well as influence key stakeholders around important decisions. Preparing and negotiating offer packages, helping Elicere attract and secure industry leading talent. Contributing to andor leading monthlyquarterly business reviews to evaluate best practices, success metrics and defects to improve candidate and hiring manager experience. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science or a related discipline High aptitude for earning trust with clients, peers, and candidates. High-judgement decision making and experience working with confidential personnel information. Experience with recruiting and placing candidates on federal, state and local government contracts. Experience recruiting passive talent for a corporate enterprise client in the tech industry. Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), organizational, and negotiation skills. Experience defining and executing recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member. Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and our recruiting team.
