Responsibilities: The Project Manager shall provide assistance and daily coordination for building related infrastructure and tenant alteration projects, as well as regularly interface both verbally and in writing with tenants, tenant representatives, facility management, engineering staff, construction professionals and other vendors. The base shift is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexibility to support the project between 6:00am and 6:00pm Monday - Friday.Manage all subcontractors supporting the projects - (experience here will be required)Conduct competitive process, obtain bids/proposals and cost estimates for construction projectsManage and schedule construction projects, including pricing, and estimating costsReview tenant construction projects to ensure compliance with building standards and to ensure that work meets tenant satisfactionProvide direction and guidance to engineering staff to ensure timely completion of projectsProvide written and oral status reports to facility managementMaintain and distribute weekly update of information tracking logConduct base building site inspections and coordinate repairs, as requiredEstablish and maintain effective relationship with tenants, facility manager, and engineers to address tenant concerns Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years experience in managementExperience with tenant build-outsAbility to plan, organize and meet project deadlinesAbility to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work as requiredDemonstrated working knowledge of architectural, engineering and building systemsAbility to read, review, and understand blueprintsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work flexible hoursEOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
