Description: The Campaign Manager is responsible for developing, executing and reporting on strategic integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. Strategic Planning * Partner with business leaders to understand our strategy to attract, appreciate, retain and engage consultants, clients and colleagues. * Be an advocate for the customer, understand the customer journey and experience from the customer's perspective; identify value added customer touchpoints. * Develop, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the brand and its products and/or services. * Prioritize competing business needs to determine the most impactful campaigns for the organization Campaign Execution and Analysis * Create detailed campaign plans from ideation through execution and manage the campaigns throughout the lifecycle, including channel contributions * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to determine target markets, industries, and skillsets to influence campaigns * Partner with marketing channel leaders to create integrated marketing solutions to include messaging/content, creative, email, digital and traditional advertising, PR, events, etc. * Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and across all communication channels * Compile, manage and present regular reporting of campaign results, defining and baselining key KPIs * Initiate and lead course correction with cross-functional team members when issues arise in achieving goals * Present campaign ideas, programs, and results to leaders Technology Management * Architect the marketing stack of all technology products including researching and recommending new marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing eg Marketing Automation, Account Based Marketing platforms, Apps, Lead Generation, Webinars, Podcasts. * Operate marketing technology products as Marketing Cloud, Cloud Pages, Web, Email pages. * Engage with vendors to include agency and technology partners * Partner with IS through collaborative problem solving Skills: Digital marketing, Campaign management, Marketing campaign, Project management, Digital, Marketing strategy, Email marketing, salesforce marketing cloud, Strategy, Marketing communications, salesforce, sfmc, Marketing management, erpss Additional Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills: * Proven and dynamic leadership skills and the ability to lead through both authority and influence * Ability to understand and support the company business strategy * Work across multiple teams, as well as internal and external partners * Excellent communicator to all levels of the organization * Exceptional organization skills * Ability to take concepts and turn them into actionable plans * Ideas driven individual * Drive for results Education and Experience: * 6+ years marketing experience * Staffing Industry/Talent Solutions experience preferred * Bachelor's Degree required Experience Level: Intermediate Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
