Experience: AssociateTravel Required: up to 20%Overview of the Role:The Growth Analytics Analyst is responsible for overseeing all financial modeling and valuation initiatives for Privia Medical Group (PMG) clients nationwide. As a member of the Growth Analytics organization, the Analyst provides financial analysis support that enables Privia stakeholders and prospective practices to make business decisions that drive overall business results and facilitate growth of the company. This support follows practices through the course of their partnership with Privia:Pre-Sale Responsibilities:Collaborate with in market sales team to collect necessary financial data from prospective practicesWith this data, prepare ROI models independently and review the work completed by off and on-shore team membersFinalize presentation materials through Privia's BI tool and prep in market sales directors to present the financial analysisPerform ad-hoc pro-forma financial analysis to help answer questions of prospective practices and in market sales team with limited oversightAssist in developing and refining models to meet changing understanding of our markets and the broader healthcare industryFoster relationships and cross-functional support between the finance, sales, analytics, and payer teamsPost-Sale Responsibilities:Work with team members to confirm the value proposition presented the sales processUpdate ROI model assumptions with insights learnt post-saleCollaborate with finance team to assure the correct pricing is carried out for practice post go-livePerform ad-hoc pro-forma financial analysis to help answer questions of live practices and performance team with limited oversightPerform other duties as assignedInterpersonal Skills & Attributes:Strategic and critical thinker who assesses situations carefully and delivers scalable recommendations and results.Ability to work in rapidly growing environment, with excellent attention to detail, multitasking and organizational skillsStrong communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to handle high levels of pressure and apply critical decision making with constantly shifting prioritiesExtremely bright, analytical and likes researching; Turns the unknown into knowledge in short orderQuantitatively focused; Must know how to read, analyze, and explain financial statements and dataQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business degree required1-2+ years of work experience in healthcare (audit, consulting or a healthcare quantitative field) or a master's degree is strongly preferredExcel modeling experience requiredTechnically savvy; Able to pull reports from several different practice management systemsMust comply with HIPAA rules and regulationsAdditional InformationWork Environment and Physical Demands:For guidance: Requirements (for remote workers):In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
