SUMMARY: The ALS Association is looking for a highly capable Salesforce administrator to ensure the Association capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. Duties of this role will include creating user accounts, maintaining and enhancing our NPSP system, managing case resolution, sprint releases and vendor time, and collaborating with team members to create the most effective training, documentation, and support for Salesforce users.CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING.
