We source tea directly from the farmers all around the world, process, package / manufacture, market and sell our tea products all in house. You may have seen our honey teas in your local gift gourmet shop, or with customers as large as QVC, Yankee Candle, Whole Foods and more!We are looking for both part and full time Brand Representatives to introduce our products to customers at wholesale and retail events, amongst other exciting venues!The Tea Ambassador's Job: Your job is extremely important and essential to the success of the company. You are representing all of us in front of thousands of people every weekend. You will need to be able to set up our booth, brew tea samples, and actively converse with the customers. This is a full time position with hours mostly on weekends (events are usually Sat-Sun, or Fri-Sun).Key requirements for success : )Be friendly, kind, courteous, and respectful to every customer!Be willing to show up early to events to set up, stay and work the booth for the WHOLE time (sometimes 10hr days)Be willing to drive up to 5 hours to attend a show. Hotel and travel expenses are covered for out of town events. (we try to keep events as close as possible to you, but occasionally will request you do an out of town event)be able to lift up to 35lbs sometimes and set up booth (setting up canopy tent, tables, signs, moving boxes, etc)have a smart phone with data service that can use the square point of sale app (we will give you a log in, you just need a phone that can download and work the app)file inventory and sales report to us at the end of each showhave a can-do attitude, willingness to solve problems, and be excited to grow True Honey Teas into a national brand!We've been attending sales events for a long time with a small team and we're excited to bring new team members on! We have all the information and details you need to be a success. We will also provide all of the supplies!Compensation is either full time salary or an hourly base pay with sales commission.
