As the Executive Assistant/Office Manager in this Nonprofit with strong Republican Party ties, you will directly support the Executive Director with a wide variety of organizational and administrative duties. This is a great position for someone who has experience supporting high-level officials, managing a busy office space and enjoys being the first point of contact for the organization. In this position, you will have a hand in many ongoing projects involving operations, HR, and event planning. The Executive Director needs an assistant who is solutions-oriented and brings focused energy to the task at hand. About the Job: Stay informed on the status of all projects to answer general questions, proactively respond to issues, and start processes and procedures when Senior Management is unavailable. Work alongside the Executive Director and Board of Directors to manage projects relating to company-wide events, retreats, and culture initiatives. Oversee all office management responsibilities including but not limited to assisting with invoicing, managing vendor relations, ordering office supplies and serving as the buildings point of contact. Liaise with the senior management team to facilitate communication and coordinate projects goals. Organize and electronically manage calendar and schedules.
