AI-powered systems are increasingly being used to replace or augment human decision-making across a broad range of industries. These systems already impact many aspects of our lives and will continue to grow in their influence over the next two decades. Therefore, ensuring the reliability, safety, security, fairness, and understandability of these systems is critical. To date, tools to ensure that AI-powered systems meet these standards have lagged behind the tools used to develop them. This has led to two common outcomes: deployment of AI-powered systems without proper verification and validation, or conversely, failure to deploy a system after costly development time and resources due to a lack of trust in the system by stakeholders. This is where CalypsoAI comes in. We are building a suite of products and tools to facilitate the deployment of trustworthy AI by focusing on rigorous verification and validation testing. The ideal candidate: We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our global marketing organization. In this role you will be responsible for creating and leading our field marketing strategy for the United States market focusing on our Government segment and expanding into other segments over time. Youll lead the strategy and planning, driving demand across the market and segment through events, integrated campaigns, sponsorship, customer marketing and content to ultimately generate and mature CalypsoAIs pipeline, brand awareness and customer value. Youll have excellent tactical execution skills as well as a desire to build plans and strategies aligned to specific market and sales segments. You will be partnering with sales and marketing leaders and will be seen as a business partner in ensuring team activities and outcomes align to sales, product and solutions goals and plans. YOU WILL You will develop, drive and execute a range of wider field marketing and account based marketing programs that align specifically with sales goals and account development plans and build in measures that report on all marketing programs for both sourced leads and marketing influence/engagement within target accounts. Be the local marketing lead for the CalypsoAI US field teams, representing marketing and partner with sales teams across different levels. You will define and deliver on sponsorship opportunities and a wide range of regional events, from trade shows to workshops and executive meetings Create localized brand awareness and visibility of our solutions across segments and support our regional pipeline goals. Collaborate with the broader Growth, Content, Operations and Product Marketing teams to develop integrated plans for the Market, and segment. Partner with Product Marketing to position impactful and relevant industry messaging and bespoke product/feature activations and in sourcing and developing strong industry-leading customer stories Evaluating, measuring and reporting on effectiveness and ROI for program efforts. Managing within budget. Be comfortable working on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences, our solutions, and value propositions. YOU HAVE 5+ years of direct experience within marketing, business development, sales, communication, or product development. Direct experience marketing within the Government and Public sector Strong, hands-on, digital and in-person events management and execution expertise, ranging from small practitioner workshop events to large regional tradeshows and conferences Experience in using marketing automation and CRM systems to manage and report on marketing programs (Marketo and Salesforce preferred) Self-starting, enthusiastic individual who is willing to take innovative approaches and responsibly for outcomes You value working in a team and enjoy working independently. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and drive initiatives to positively impact the business.
